In-person reporting
To simplify and expedite the follow-up process, reports should be accompanied by at least the following information:
Reporter’s identity (anonymousreporting is permitted)
Description of the alleged violation
Name of the reported individual(s) and any other involved parties (if any), including their respective units
Location and time of the incident
Supporting documents and other evidence (if available)
TLT will protect the confidentiality of the Reporter’s identity as well as all other data related to the Whistleblowing System reports.
